INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This course provides participants with a theoretical and practical knowledge as well as proficiency in the use of tools that are essential to plan, organize, supervise, lead and motivate the resources with the effectiveness required to achieve all the objectives in terms of quality, time, cost, performance and ultimately overall efficiency.

35 HRS. PMP PREPARATORY COURSE
Provides participants with a theoretical and practical knowledge as well as proficiency in the use of tools that are essential to plan, organize, supervise, lead and motivate the resources with the effectiveness required to achieve all the objectives in terms of quality, time, cost, performance and ultimately overall efficiency.

PMP STUDY GROUP COURSE
It is targeted to people who already took or are taking a 35-hour PMP® Preparatory Course. Participants will be provided with practice tests. Study techniques and lessons learned will be shared in order to successfully pass the test and be certified as PMP®. Support with the preparation of the “Experience Matrix” and exam application will also be provided.

MS EXCEL FOR PROJECT MANAGERS
This course provides participants with a practical Excel knowledge (analysis tools and visualizations) to monitor the execution of one or more projects. The course will also include multiple visualizations for tracking projects such as Gantt and Burn Down charts.
Scheduling and Cost Management
This course explains concepts, tips, facts, tools and techniques for the effective management of the projects in terms of scheduling and costs. It is intended to provide participants with a basic understanding of the importance of monitoring and controlling these constraints for the success of your projects.
